Remote Support
If we are working on your PC and need to access your PC remotely we will use a tool called TeamViewer.
TeamViewer lets our engineers control your keyboard and mouse and view everything on your screen.
It’s a very secure process and we can only access your PC after you give us a password.
Although its secure, we can view everything that is on your screen and so we recommend that you save any work and also close documents or web sites that contain confidential information.
Once the session has ended our Engineer will confirm with you that we have disconnected.
