A new clients first question when they call is How much?

Well, we charge a fixed price per hour and do not have a call out fee.

We regularly check our prices against other suppliers and make sure we are the most competitive. If you are within 20 miles of our offices then we don’t charge a call out fee either.
However, it’s not the cost but what you get done that matters.

We fix your computers quickly and so that they don’t go wrong again. Whether it’s an upgrade or a repair, a software or hardware fault, a retune or a virus removal we make sure we do it as efficiently as possible.

Normally we fix computers at your house. Sometimes we need to scan a computer for viruses or bad configuration. This takes time and it may be better to take your PC to our office. This saves you money and our time.

    All I can say about the router they sent us is: it was the smoothest transition I've ever had!

    I have been involved in many upgrades over the years but this build and swap out was faultless. Andisa visited for twice. Once to audit / research and once to install the new kit. They agreed the outcomes at the start of the project, reviewed each day and ultimately delivered exactly what they promised. And as I said, it was the smoothest transition I have ever had!
