If you are experiencing printer issues where half way through a print, the document corrupts on paper or if you have occasional connection issues then updating the MSTSC client software on the PC may help.

Its safe to install because If you already have the latest version, the system will safely abort, telling you so.

If your PC is not fully service packed then the installation may ask you to load extra modules. Please follow the instructions that appear on the screen.

If you are on Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 or later (i.e. Windows 8 or 10) don’t search for RDP 7.1 because you are already running it and so this will not be the solution to your issues.
